Thirty years, one owner
Mann's Heating & Air Conditioning opened in 1996. Thirty years later the same owner is still running it, still out of Middleboro, and still doing the same work — heating and cooling for homes and businesses across this corner of Southeastern Massachusetts.
That continuity is the whole point. Plenty of companies in this trade change hands, get rolled up by a larger outfit, or run on a rotating crew of subcontractors. When you call here, you're dealing with the person whose name is on the truck — and who has to drive past your house for the next twenty years.
The work covers the full range: gas and oil boilers, forced-air furnaces, hydronic and radiant piping, ductless and ducted heat pumps, and air conditioning. We install Viessmann, Ecoer, IBC, Burnham, Concord, and Comfortmaker equipment regularly, and we can install or service any brand you already have. Residential and commercial both.
Honest advice is the part we'd rather be known for. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we'll say so. If your ductwork is the actual problem, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a bigger system to overcome it.
